Aged 66, Mr. Valsecchi has an engineering background. His professional life has been dedicated to the Seafood industry for more than 35 years. He ran the N° 2 Canned Seafood Business in Italy for more than 20 years and was an active member of several working groups in the EU Commission in Brussels. In 1996 he joined H.J. Heinz and in 1999 became Managing Director of the Heinz Seafood Business in Europe, today MW Brands.
