Belgium VAT of 21% is already included in these rates. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.
Payment Policy
Sponsorship rates to be paid within 7 days from confirmation date.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations:
In case a booking is cancelled between confirmation date and 45 days prior to the event, there will be a 75% refund.
In case a booking is cancelled between 45 and 21 days prior to the event, there will be a 25% refund.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 6th.
If Atuna.com cancels the event -for any reason- the sponsor will receive full refund.
