Rates

The European Tuna Conference 2015 registration rate is EUR 445 or USD 490 (+VAT).

There are just 300 seats available at the conference, so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Registration includes:

- one full-day conference at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel, in the city’s center
- 2 coffee & refreshment breaks
- a midday seated business luncheon
- an evening network Tuna Awards Cocktail Party, which will be held directly after the conclusion of the conference

Both the midday business luncheon, as well as the evening network party will be held at the top floor of the hotel, overviewing Brussels.

Upon arrival to the Conference Center, each delegate will receive:

- Conference Kit with the relative conference documentation
- USB key containing all the conference papers
- List of participants to the event

VAT

Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. This means that VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU citizens. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.

Admission Policy

The conference and exhibition is only open to professionals, trade and business visitors during trade days.

Admission is by registration only.

The European Tuna Conference is open to trade professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no strollers and no one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the conference venue.

All visitors must be in proper business attire. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed.

All entries shall remain the property of Atuna bv reserving the right to use the entry forms, names and the details of visitors for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade promotions without further compensation or notice.

Payment Policy

Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2015.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 10th.
If the European Tuna Conference 2015 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.

The organizer reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
