Bjart Thorkil Pedersen

CSR Manager, Unil

Bjart Thorkil Pedersen is the CSR manager of Unil AS, the private label division of Norway’s largest retailer, NorgesGruppen. He was born in Norway in 1971 and is married with two children.

Bjart has an MSc from Cranfield University. He has mostly worked within supply chain management and during the last three years focused on sustainability issues. Previous employers include Olympus, Newell Rubbermaid and Kraft Foods.

In 2013 he was named  “etisk ildsjel’’  (Ethical driving force of the year) by Ethical Trade Initiative Norway.
