Standard Rate
The standard registration rate is EUR 365 (+VAT) or USD 480 (+VAT)
Early Bird
The Early Bird registration rate is EUR 295 (+VAT) or USD 390 (+VAT)
This special rate is available for registrations received with full payment latest March 10th 2008.
The fee includes one full day conference, refreshments and a network lunch in the Conference Center Foyer, on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton Brussels Hotel & Towers, as well as a cocktail party at the hotel’s very top floor, viewing the Brussels skyline, in the Horizon lounge.
The delegate’s will receive a Conference Kit with conference documentation, as well as a CD-rom containing all the conference papers.
VAT
Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information please contact your local tax authorities.

Payment by credit card is not feasible.
Registration fee must be received before deadline dates, i.e. latest March 10th 2008 for the Early Bird rate and latest April 15th for the Standard rate. Later payments will be subject to an administration fee of USD 100 – EUR 80.
