The European Tuna Conference 2017 registration rate is EUR 425 (+VAT). Register here.
There are only 300 seats available for this conference. Once the quota is full, no new subscriptions will be accepted.

Both the midday business luncheon, as well as the evening network party will be held at the top floor of the hotel, overviewing Brussels.
| Upon arrival to the Conference Center, each delegate will receive: |
- Conference Kit with the relative conference documentation
- List of participants to the event
Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. This means that VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU citizens. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.
The conference and exhibition is only open to professionals, trade and business visitors during trade days.
Admission is by registration only.
The European Tuna Conference is open to trade professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no strollers and no one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the conference venue.
All visitors must be in proper business attire. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed.

All entries shall remain the property of Atuna bv reserving the right to use the entry forms, names and the details of visitors for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade promotions without further compensation or notice.
Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2017.
| Refund & Cancellation Policy |
Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 10th.
If the European Tuna Conference 2017 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.
The organizer reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
