Graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris and the National School of Maritime Safety and Administration of France, the French Anne-France Mattlet began her professional career at the Departmental Directorate of Territories and the Sea in Northern France until 2016. Subsequently, and until 2020, she was part of the French Office of European and International Affairs for Fisheries. Between 2020 and 2022, she worked as a duty officer at the Maritime Rescue and Coordination Center of the French Mediterranean, before assuming the leadership of the Europêche Tuna Group.
