Atuna.com -in cooperation with Infofish- organizes the 3rd European Tuna Conference, which will take place in Brussels, Belgium, just one day before the European Seafood Exposition (the world's largest seafood show).

ONE TRIP - TWO IMPORTANT EVENTS

The European Tuna Conference 2011 regular registration rate is Euro 395 (+21% VAT).

Registration includes:

- one full-day conference at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel, in the city’s center, as well as
- 2 coffee & refreshment breaks
- a midday seated business luncheon
- an evening network Tuna Awards Cocktail Party,
  which will be held directly after the conclusion of the conference

Both the midday business luncheon, as well as the evening network party will be held at the top floor
of the hotel, overviewing Brussels.

Upon arrival to the Conference Center, each delegate will receive:

- Conference Kit with the relative conference documentation
- CD-rom containing all the conference papers
- List of participants to the event

VAT

Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. This means that VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU citizens. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.

Payment Policy

Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2011. Registration rate is Euro 395 + 21% VAT.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 22nd.
If the European Tuna Conference 2011 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.

Limited Availability

There are only 300 seats available for this conference. Once the quota is full, no new subscriptions will be accepted.
