The exhibitor will receive a Conference Kit with full conference documentation, as well as a CD-rom containing all the conference speeches and the complete list of participants to the event.

The table top exhibition package is for one participant. As exhibitor, your company may register additional exhibiting personnel at the special rate of Euro 225 + 21% VAT per person, based on Early Bird Rate for payment latest March 27th. Although they will not be admitted to the conference sessions, they can participate at all the networking events.

As indicated above, Belgium VAT of 21% is not included in these rates.

Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.

Payment Policy

Exhibition rates are to be paid within 7 days from confirmation date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations:
- In case a booking is cancelled between confirmation date and 45 days prior to the event, there will be a 75%   refund.
- In case a booking is cancelled between 45 and 21 days prior to the event, there will be a 25% refund.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 11th.
- If Atuna.com cancels the event -for any reason- the exhibitor will receive full refund.
